Earlier this week, I visited to grab a quick lunch. Upon returning to the office, I realized my sandwich was not properly made. I called and spoke to the general manager, Yvonne, and she was extremely apologetic and asked that I return so that it could be made right. I went in today and not only did she comp my replacement sandwich, she promo'd my entire ticket/meal, though she did not have to. It was not at all expected, but I certainly appreciate her going over and beyond to extend great customer service. Thank you, Yvonne! And they have the best BBQ chips and hot peppers!

I love ❤️ ordering from here. Food is delicious and fresh. Staff is wonderful 💯. I highly recommend this JJ'S to everyone.
